Warranty Policy

At HASSKEH, we strive to provide you with high-quality products. If you have any warranty-related concerns, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.

We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly inspect the products upon receipt from HASSKEH. It is essential to conduct this inspection before signing any documentation from the freight carrier, as any shipping damage is the responsibility of the freight company. This careful inspection ensures that any potential defects are identified at the time of receipt, allowing for prompt resolution if needed.

iSUP WARRANTY

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all our inflatable paddle boards from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers abnormal defects in materials and workmanship. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will either replace or professionally repair the board, accessories, or parts, or provide an equivalent product at no cost to you. However, please note that the warranty does not cover the following claims and/or conditions:

  1. Damage or defects caused by using the product outside of its intended purpose.
  2. Damage or defects caused by impacts with objects or materials such as other boards, rocks, sharp objects, docks, etc.
  3. Damage or defects caused by transport, loading, dropping, or mishandling.
  4. Damage or defects considered to be normal wear and tear.
  5. Damage or defects resulting from inappropriate storage in temperatures below 32°F (0°C) or above 90°F (32°C).
  6. Damage or defects caused by overheating and/or exposure to direct sunlight while not in use.
  7. Damage or defects caused by wave impact or impact with the lake or sea floor.
  8. Damage or defects caused by storing the board in closed, damp conditions.
  9. Damage or defects caused by the use of third-party accessories that may damage, puncture, or tear components of the board.
  10. Boards used for commercial purposes.

ACCESSORIES WARRANTY

In addition to the warranty provided for our inflatable paddle boards, we offer a 90 Day Warranty on all paddles, manual pumps, leashes, and bags from the date of purchase against abnormal defects in materials and workmanship.

For paddles, manual pumps, and leashes, the warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from improper storage, misuse, or improper handling of accessories.

For bags, the warranty does not cover conditions such as tears, rips, or holes caused by improper handling or abuse, zipper damage caused by improper care or misuse, fading, or damage due to wear and tear.

 

Note: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.
