- Shipping Destinations:
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Cancellation:
- If you wish to cancel your order due to a change of mind, you have a 30-day window to do so. However, please note the following conditions:
- Prior authorization from HASSKEH is required before returning any items. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the cancellation process.
- The customer is responsible for covering the postage costs associated with the return.
- The item must be returned in an unused condition, with all items still in their original packaging. Please refrain from inflating the ISUP as it will be considered a used condition.
- If any items are found to be used or any original contents are missing, the return may be rejected, and the items may be returned to the buyer.
- In the case of receiving any free gifts as part of the order, those must also be returned before a full refund can be processed.
