Return Policy

We want you to be happy with our products and support our social mission, but also understand if our products do not match your individual needs.  In support of that we offer a 30-Day Guarantee Return Policy for all HASSKEH Stand Up Paddle Board (iSUP) with the below guidelines and exceptions:

  • All returns will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure that the product is in "like new" condition. If the iSUP is found to be in poor condition or has missing parts, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the returned iSUP to our designated address at 315 Newton Street, Northborough MA 01532. This shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount. We recommend using a reliable shipping service that provides tracking information and insurance to ensure the safe return of the product.
  • Each customer is allowed to initiate only one return within a period of 180 days from the original date of purchase.
  • Returns will not be accepted for iSUPs that have been damaged. It is essential that customers handle and use the product with care to prevent any harm.
  • We reserve the right to amend or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. It is the responsibility of the customers to review the return policy periodically to stay informed about any revisions or updates.
  • To be eligible for a return, customers must retain the original packaging of the iSUP. The original box or container in which the iSUP was delivered should be used for the return. Returns without the original packaging may not be accepted.
  • Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain items returned. The restocking fee, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount. The specific restocking fee, if any, will be communicated to customers at the time of initiating the return.

Please note that this return policy applies specifically to products sold by HASSKEH LLC directly and through the HASSKEH LLC online shop.   No return or refund for any product not purchased directly from our online shop will be eligible for a refund.
