We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly inspect products upon receipt, before signing any documentation from the freight carrier. Shipping damage is the responsibility of the freight company, so inspecting at delivery is essential.
iSUP Warranty — 1 Year
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all inflatable paddle boards from the date of purchase. This warranty covers abnormal defects in materials and workmanship. We will replace, repair, or provide an equivalent product at no cost.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose
- Damage from impacts with boards, rocks, sharp objects, docks, etc.
- Damage from transport, loading, dropping, or mishandling
- Normal wear and tear
- Storage in temperatures below 32°F (0°C) or above 90°F (32°C)
- Overheating or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight while not in use
- Wave impact or impact with the lake or sea floor
- Storage in closed, damp conditions
- Damage caused by third-party accessories
- Boards used for commercial purposes
Accessories Warranty — 90 Days
We offer a 90-day warranty on all paddles, manual pumps, leashes, and bags from the date of purchase against abnormal defects in materials and workmanship.
- Paddles, pumps, and leashes: warranty does not cover damage from improper storage, misuse, or mishandling
- Bags: warranty does not cover tears, rips, or holes from improper handling, zipper damage from misuse, fading, or wear and tear
Note: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.
