All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take additional time during peak seasons or promotional periods.
We offer standard shipping via reputable carriers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of your order. The HASSKEH390 iSUP includes free ground shipping.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Contact us if you need further assistance.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
Once an order has been placed, modifications to the shipping address cannot be made. Please ensure you provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
You have a 30-day window to cancel. Prior authorization from HASSKEH is required. The customer is responsible for return postage. Items must be unused and in original packaging (do not inflate the iSUP as it will be considered used). Any free gifts must also be returned before a full refund is processed.
