Return Policy

We want you to be happy with our products and support our social mission, but also understand if our products do not match your individual needs. In support of that we offer a 30-Day Guarantee Return Policy for all HASSKEH Stand Up Paddle Boards (iSUP) with the below guidelines and exceptions:

• InspectionAll returns will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure the product is in "like new" condition. If the iSUP is found to be in poor condition or has missing parts, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly.
• Return ShippingCustomers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the returned iSUP to: 315 Newton Street, Northborough MA 01532. This cost will be deducted from the refund. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
• Return LimitEach customer is allowed to initiate only one return within 180 days from the original date of purchase.
• No Damaged ItemsReturns will not be accepted for iSUPs that have been damaged. Handle and use the product with care to prevent harm.
• Original Packaging RequiredReturns must include the original packaging. Returns without original packaging may not be accepted.
• Restocking FeeA restocking fee may apply to certain returned items. The specific fee, if any, will be communicated at the time of initiating the return.
• Policy ScopeThis return policy applies specifically to products sold directly by HASSKEH LLC through the HASSKEH LLC online shop. No return or refund for products not purchased directly from our online shop will be eligible.
